These terms apply to use of the public ESUK website. Consultancy work, project support and any future client portal services require separate written terms.
Content on this website is provided for general information about ESUK services and future digital tool direction. It is not project-specific advice, design approval, construction instruction, assurance sign-off or operational authority.
Any consultancy, technical review, project support, documentation work or digital tool engagement must be agreed separately in writing, including scope, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms.
The client portal and protected tool areas are not live public services. Future access, paid services, data handling and calculation tools will require suitable terms before release.
ESUK website content, brand presentation, service positioning and tool concepts should not be copied, reused or presented as another party's work without permission.
